Christine Andrews (FCIP, CRM) is a licensed adjuster and the President of Sage Claims Solutions Inc., a firm that specializes in subrogation.  She began her career as a property adjuster in 1998 and has held several specialized claims, leadership, and risk management positions since then.  She has specialized in subrogation since 2011, founding Sage Claims in 2016.  Christine lives in Hamilton with her husband, twins and 2 pugs.  She loves documentaries, travel, and poker. Christine also serves on the board of a local non-profit childcare organization.

Nicole Mitchell (BA, M.Ed, CIP) is an experienced insurance professional specializing in general liability at Travelers. With a strong passion for training, learning and development, Nicole actively seeks opportunities to mentor others and foster a culture of continuous improvement. Nicole lives in Delhi with her partner, daughter and pup, Rio. Outside of work, she is an avid reader, fitness enthusiast, and enjoys true crime documentaries.

A highly accomplished Chartered Insurance Professional (CIP) and Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) with a distinguished career in risk and fraud management within the Property & Casualty (P&C) and Pet Health Insurance sectors. With extensive expertise, Melissa has played a key role in shaping fraud detection strategies and optimizing enterprise risk management practices.

She began her career as a veterinary technician, leveraging her technical knowledge into pivotal claims and underwriting positions with a leading pet health insurance startup. This transition sparked her deep interest in the insurance industry’s operational and risk mitigation aspects, where she has consistently delivered results that enhance business performance and resilience.

Outside of her professional endeavors, Melissa enjoys exploring Canada’s breathtaking wilderness, riding motorcycles, and refinishing furniture, reflecting her hands-on, creative spirit.

Rhu Sherrard, CIP, is an experienced insurance professional working at ClaimsPro for over 18 years as an All-Lines Senior Adjuster. Rhu continues to support various charities and organizations within the insurance industry over her 30 years in the business. Rhu continues to volunteer both within the industry and her local community. On a personal level, Rhu’s passions include travelling, gardening and reading.
