The Board of Directors of the Hamilton OIAA is seeking nominations for the following Executive and Board positions for the upcoming term:
-Board Secretary
-Two (2) Directors
-One (1) Social Director
Members in good standing are encouraged to consider participating in the leadership of the organization by standing for election or nominating a fellow member who is willing to serve.
Role Descriptions
📋 Board Secretary
Responsible for maintaining accurate records of Board meetings, preparing and distributing meeting minutes, and ensuring organizational documentation is properly maintained.
👥 Directors
Participate in Board governance, contribute to the organization’s strategic direction, and represent the interests of the membership.
🎉 Social Director
Assists in planning and coordinating social events and networking opportunities that support member engagement.
